Now that the test post has been launched, I will be getting ready for our local convention, Genghis Con, Feb 13-16. My theme this year is History through Hollywood. I've selected several classic battles from such films as Khartoum, Gunga Din to name only two. First up is the attack on Chokoti from Charge of the Light Brigade. Photos and reports up shortly I hope. Stay tuned!

Jan 25: The first scenario I will run at Genghis Con, is the Soristani assault on the walls of Chokoti. For those who have not seen the classic Errol Flynn movie "Charge of the light Brigade", the majority of the garrison has marched on to brigade HQ at Lahara. This leaves only a very small garrison that the Emir of Suristan (along with Russian advice!) is going to take advantage of.
